Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paradigma Games

Paradigma Games ("we," "us," or "our") guarantees high quality products and service.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Cancellation for a full refund is possible until your order undergoes processing at our regional fulfillment center. To initiate a cancellation, kindly send an email to jeff@paradigma.games with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will make every effort to assist you!

Please note that our automated fulfillment process is highly efficient. Once an order is placed, cancellation might not be feasible. Ensure a thorough review of your order and shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unused and unopened orders from versus42.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are in a "sellable condition" with the shrink intact. Unused and unopened orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, free from any user damage or defects. Sale items are non-refundable. Prior to shipping, please contact us at jeff@paradigma.games.

Refunds may not be guaranteed if you ship items back without prior communication. Shipping costs, including duties paid, are non-refundable. For return shipments, please utilize as much of the original packaging as possible and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to assess and deduct a restocking fee for damaged, dirty, wet, or incomplete items.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it for damage and initiate a refund via your original payment method. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund. Depending on your bank, allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement.

We have high standards regarding the quality of our games. If you believe your game is defective, submit a replacement request at william@paradigma.games, and we'll address your concern. This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic defects unrelated to gameplay, and damage due to negligence, improper care, or accidents. Replacement(s) may be offered at our discretion for a nominal fee and/or shipping cost.
